We have been coming to Gulf Shores for almost 25 years and decided this was where we wanted to own our Beachfront paradise. We have been renting vacations for most of that time and have many references.
It would have been more convenient if there were a larger supply of staples ie: trash bags, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent. Maybe a set of beach towels, a wagon and some chairs to help us get back and forth to the beach. We had friends who stayed in other condos on the property with all these extras which made the stay more convenient. Also, there were no baking sheets in the kitchen. The master shower leaks. ALOT.
We loved our room. Right at the elevators and top floor of parking garage. Beautiful view of pools and ocean. Second stay at Lighthouse.
This condo unit was good for my family of 5 , 3 teenagers . The view is amazing . The queen bedroom was a little tight( fine for shorter people cuz bed is almost wall to wall( no storage-1 end table) but everything was well kept. It would have been nice to have a cookie sheet :-) but they had plenty of dishes for your basic needs . The condo supplies are starter toilet paper,dish soap , hand soap, and 2 dishwasher pods( no laundry detergent) all other items we either brought with us or bought( always nice to know as a renter) . Stores are very close so no worries if flying. We loved the convenience of everything the condo complex offered . Many walk-able places to go. Also, look at the coupon books in lobby by pool - great deals on local places. There were not any beach chairs in our rental even though I asked so I'm glad I brought our own . Check lost and found(by pool) , the office said many items stay there the whole week so you can use ,then return when done( ie: beach chairs:-) Very beautiful area and we will stay here again in the future ! We were in LH 309 for the month of January. The place was very clean and enjoyable. Everything was right there that we needed. The views were wonderful. Plenty of seating to sit on the balcony and enjoy the sunrises, sunsets and everything in between. Any questions we had were answered immediately by owners. Thanks so much.
Great view, great room and and very easy parking. I highly recommend it and we will definitely go again.
