A: You may update your calender at anytime by logging into your online account. Once you are inside your account click "Manage Calendar". Once your calendar is visible, simply click the desired dates that you would like to make unavailable or available. The system will immediately update your calendar to display your recent changes. Note: There are no "Save" buttons required to be clicked to update your calendar.
A: Alternatively, if you would prefer to use a third party availability calendar service (such as channel manager, AirBnb, VRBO/HomeAway, TripAdvisor), click on "Manage Calendar" inside your account. You may reply to the inquiry from your email address, or you may reply to the inquiry directly from the recorded copy in your account. Either way, the from: address will always come from your email address on file.

A: Each listing is given access to link to another website. Keep in mind we monitor outbound links from our website on a daily basis. Each owner / manager is required to ensure the accuracy of the link they provide on their property listing page. The link will be encrypted but will redirect to the website address that you choose. Note: Unrelated links or advertising other websites from our network is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel your account if we find the linked content to be unsuitable for travelers visiting your listing pages.
