Our luxurious modern 1-bedroom suite features a living/dining room with a walk-out to a furnished patio surrounded with flowers, where relaxation is a must! The kitchen is fully equipped, including dining & cookware. The room features a queen bed & one cot (sleeps 1) and the living room has a modern very comfortable pull-out sofa (sleeps 2). There is a full bathroom with tub/shower adjacent to the room. The suite sleeps a total of 5 people.
Here you will find a smoke & pet free environment (smoking allowed on patio), wireless high-speed-internet, TV/DVR cable, private telephone line, self-controlling central Heating & Air-conditioning, fresh linens & towels. This suite is located on a main floor.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations cancelled at least 10 DAYS prior to stay will receive a full refund, less a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is $2 per day from the booking date until the cancellation date, with a minimum of $45.50 and a maximum of the deposit received. We regret that for cancellations less than 10 DAYS prior to stay, the deposit is non-refundable. Please note the 10 DAYS notice also applies to any reduction in the number of nights you have committed to stay. No refunds or adjustments after arrival.
