Spacious kitchen with commercial stove/oven and refrigerator, inside laundry, two car garages, dining table located by sitting area, with an ocean view is also available.

If you rent or own a boat, you can use dock space and dock at this home and drive out in the morning to go fishing or snorkeling; and marinas, restaurants and bars are walking distance.
