The Villa can be inhabited by a maximum of 6 person. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Exclusive is, that the house has two large master bedrooms, each with master baths. In addition there is a guest bedroom with a separate bathroom. The living area (kitchen, dining and living room) is generous and bright. The whole house is fully air conditioned and if it is necessary it can be heated by the plant. On the huge terrace which is protected by a screen is a large “endless” pool with a negative edge. That means there is a water overflow in direction of the lake, which acts as if the pool and the lake are connected. Furthermore there is a spa and a sunbathing area in the water, where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. The pool is electrically heated.

We are a german couple who has been married since 1994. We have one daughter and we are now going to be grandparents :-) Our family loves the US, especially Florida. We are in Happy Diamond about 3 times a year by ourselves. We can't wait to have you as our guest :-) Welcome!!
We were two for two weeks in the Happy Diamond and can recommend the house without reservation. No wishes are left unfulfilled here, both by the organization on the part of Ms. Dreher and the on-site administrator and by the location directly on the lake. The interior is very tasteful, especially a little different from the other (not bad) America "furnishing unit porridge". We are in Florida every year and have already rented many houses, we will definitely return to this one. If the Mustang was still there ... .-)) Thank you for the nice holiday, see you soon.
Arrival at the airport - Fort Myers - Pick up the rental car - Here we go: Already looking for the house number on 10th Avenue, one hopes: ".... hopefully it is THAT there ..." and it was like that. This is how we imagined a dream house. A stylish villa where every room has its own individual touch. Each of the three double rooms has its own bathroom. The house is flooded with daylight and the large kitchen leaves nothing to be desired when cooking. The facility is well maintained, clean and meets a modern new standard. The veranda in front of the house offers gigantic sunrises in the morning hours, which you can enjoy with a sunny rest and a cup of hot coffee. Since life takes place almost exclusively outside - except for the nightly hours of rest - we have made extensive use of the wonderful terrace, the wonderful pool, the jetty by the lake, the many lovingly designed seating options and the jacuzzi. A special highlight is the evening sunset and the pool, which is illuminated in the dark - in fantastic colors. We will definitely be back and are already looking forward to another unforgettable stay in Cape Carol in the villa "Happy Diamond".
The door opened and the WOW effect started. A very large, open, beautiful kitchen and various seating options for inside and outside leave you free to decide where to have your cold drink or delicious food. Especially in the morning it is advisable to enjoy the sunrise from the small veranda in front of the office with a coffee. We were 90% outside and had music played on the outside area. Nothing is really lacking and you feel right at home. The beds are very comfortable and thanks to the individually adjustable air conditioning, everyone can cool down their bedroom as they would like. The pool area is large enough and there are enough loungers for everyone. If you like the full sun, you can go on the sweet boat deck and get a tan. The view is wonderful and we were lucky enough to spot two dolphins in the lake on the first day. Otherwise you can philosophize very well on the boat deck about the "jumping fish" but also the sunsets, which increase from day to day, are simply fantastic from the boat deck as well as from the pool area! In general, you can stay really well in the house without getting bored. Due to the beautiful quiet yet central location, everything can be reached very quickly by car. Furthermore, everything is very clean and communication with the Dreher family was no problem from start to finish. Everything is handled very professionally and every question is answered. The only thing to complain about is the short travel time that my friends and I chose. The next stay is definitely longer and I can recommend everyone to take a break from the happy diamond!
