Excellent views from this third floor beauty, look at the beach, overlook the golf course and city night life. grill on your terrace and enjoy unubstructed views. inside enjoy all the ameneties like a full kitchen, washer and dryer in laundry room, master suite with king size bed and private bathroom, living room with sofa couch, sky, internet and much more, enjoy the 3 pools, one on the beach so you can relax and watch the waves and beach, go swimming, snorkeling, ride the banana, ride the ultralite plane, rent a jetski or waverunner, play a round of miniature golf with the family. enjoy magnificent sunrises and sunsets, go fishing, tour the town, enjoy a well deserved vacation.

We absolutely loved the condo and location. It was so clean when we arrived and exactly like described. The office gal was great, made us feel so welcome and check-in was easy. We also brought our two dogs, a golden retriever and a small dog, terrier mix. This place was so dog friendly and I highly recommend it for you folks whom love to bring your dogs with you on vacation!! Our only complaints... the blinds in the bedroom were pretty messed up and need to be replaced. The stove is a little tricky too and some of the burners worked but some of them didn\'t work. Aside from the little things..We would stay there again and would recommend this condo to anyone esp. with dogs. Great place! Check out was easy too. The staff from the check in to the check us out were great! Very safe place to stay too... Security was great too!
I\'ll start of with the negative: The US number to reach Sandy Beach Rentals in Mexico is connected to a Magic Jack and they don\'t answer the phone or return calls. We tried to contact the renter via VRBO messaging to get the address of the unit and directions and he never responded, so we traveled the 4.5 hour trip not knowing exactly where to go or how to get the key to the unit. The shower in the master bath was so clogged there was barely a spray. The paint was peeling off the wall in the master bath where the water hit it outside the shower. Not enough towels available for inside and outside (beach) use. Vertical blinds were missing many of the vanes and did not open or close in the master bedroom and living room. No hangers in the closet. On the positive side, the view of the ocean was wonderful and was only about a 5 minute walk from the unit. The tile work inside the condo was great. The unit was clean. Nice cabinets and counter tops. The master bedroom bed was comfortable and they had several different pillows available. In general, the unit needs attention, some tender loving care. It would be hard for me to recommend this property to anyone. I can only hope that this unit is not an example of all of the Sandy Beach rentals. Down town is about 15 minutes away by car.
We spent 4 nights here in the fall. Aron was great to work with and had good communication in making reservations The balcony view is beautiful, and the condo was clean and up to date. The kitchen is in need of larger cooking pots/pans (stock pot and sauce pan) as the condo is meant to house 8 guests and only has 2 fry pans. It also lacked kitchen linens (washcloths, handtowels) and dish soap. It also didn\'t have enough bath towels for 8 guests. We used beach towels we brought and I did dishes with the little bars of handsoap provided. The kids had a blast in the resort pools, and did a round of mini golf. Casa Blanca is set a little bit further back from the beach than some other condos, but with the extra space you get a golf course, which is a good trade off! The resort is also next to a break in the sandy beach condos, so it\'s not that hard to get away from the huge condo crowds. Security appears to be well done with a manned gate at the entrance, but then you notice the huge gap in the fence 20ft down from the exit where vendors come and go all day. lol! So, yeah, not much security, but the security personnel were very friendly and helpful with a car-repair issue we had.
