The comfortable furnishings and convenient floor plan provide an inviting place to call home. You will enjoy your stay in this upscale gated complex located directly on the Atlantic Ocean with restaurants and activities nearby. The condo complex offers a wide range of activities - swim or snorkel directly from the property, a heated pool for swimming any time of year, and a community hot tub at the water's edge. Bring your kayak and put it in the water using the little boat ramp. There are racks that can be rented during you stay for a nominal fee to store any of your non-motorized water toys - kayak, sunfish, paddleboard, etc. If you want to limit your sun exposure while relaxing near the pool or ocean in one of the lounge chairs you can do so under the pergola or thatch roofed Tiki. Separate men's and women's exercise rooms offer different types equipment and privacy. Both facilities are equipped with showers and a sauna. This is a wonderful condo complex and conveniently located near restaurants, fishing and boating opportunities. Rate Details: Rent is $4,300 (Dec thru Apr); $3,400 (May thru Aug); $3,000 (Sept thru Nov). Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help with other properties. Please call the office. Additional Charges: $230 departure cleaning fee; reservation fee 3.9% of base rent; $100 Condo application fee and 12.5% state and local taxes. Refundable Security Deposit: $500. Utility Caps/Mo: $125 for electricity.

They are located a little over an hours' drive south, southwest of Miami, Florida. The Keys are known for their casual lifestyle, crystal clear waters, spectacular snorkeling and diving, and as the fishing capital of the world.
Seagrape more than lived up to our expectations. We had a wonderful time and the house is a perfect beach house. The neighborhood is very nice. We took sunrise pictures everyday. Hard to choose one ...so we'll go with the full moon view from the deck.
What a wonderful place! So comfortable and the views!!!! We were 6 people and had the best time. There is ample room, the views are unbelievable, the porch is out of this world. The location is the best location in Islamorada. We had a kayak and paddleboard and really didn't want to leave the house at all while we were there for a week. Can't wait to do this again!
