Rate Details: Rent is $4,675/month (Dec thru April); $4,200/month (May thru Aug); $3,700/month (Sept thru Nov). Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. Additional Charges: $230 departure cleaning fee; reservation fee 3.9% of total rent; and 12.5% state and local taxes. Condo Association Charges: There is a required application and a fee of $100. Refundable Security Deposit: $500. Pet Fee: If your pet is accepted there is an additional $200 security deposit. Utility Caps/Mo: $125 electricity.
Optional Insurances Accidental Damage Insurance: $45 covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay. Travel Insurance: Because the unforeseen and unexpected can occur before you leave or when you're away from home we recommend CSA's Vacation Rental Insurance Plan. Please review the CSA Marketing Flyer available on our website for more detail. CSA Plan Cost is 7.65% of all non-refundable charges. Unfortunately we are not able to offer either of these insurances to guests who reside in the states of NY or HI. We are not licensed in those states. They are located a little over an hours' drive south, southwest of Miami, Florida. The Keys are known for their casual lifestyle, crystal clear waters, spectacular snorkeling and diving, and as the fishing capital of the world.
Bayside Breeze is in a great local because you are less than 2 miles from the Winn Dixie Shopping Center, within 2 miles of the Founders Park. Within 7 miles of at least 8 great Restaurants, including Marker 88, Hog Heaven, Ocean View, Morada Bay, Lorelei, Pierre's Ziggie Mad Dog's. And of course live music is the norm at most of these restaurants daily. The house is in great shape, immaculate and the dock has an awesome boat lift to keep your boat out of the water. That canal is known for having as many as 14 Manatee's in it at any one time.The Conch on Inn next door is very handy if you have guest and need a place for them to sleep. Just a Great House!
