This charming, clean, spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has all the comforts for a wonderful vacation. Furnishings have been updated and new items are being added frequently. This unit is located in one of the most desirable complexes in Islamorada. Its central location provides convenient access to everything Islamorada has to offer - world class diving, fishing, and restaurants. If you are feeling adventuresome, snorkel or scuba dive in the crystal clear sea or take a fishing charter to some of the best fishing spots in the world. If you bring your own boat, dockage is included with your rental on a first come first serve basis. The dock offers a fish cleaning station, covered sitting area, a place to throw your line in the water and an ice machine. Take your catch to the one of the local restaurants and have the chef prepare it for you or grill it yourself on one of the community propane BBQ grills. This complex also features a fresh water zero entry heated pool, therapeutic hot tub, sandy beach, an oceanfront fitness center, a community room and Tiki area. Bedding is King, Queen, Queen. Rate Details: Rent: $5,300/month (Dec thru April); $4,500/month (May thru Aug); $4,000/month (Sept thru Nov). If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help with other properties. Please call the office. Additional Charges: $230 departure cleaning fee; reservation fee 3.9% of base rent, $100 condo application fee, and 12.5% state and local taxes. Refundable Security Deposit: $Utility Caps/Mo: $150 electricity. The owner pays up to this amount. If there is an overage, the amount will be deducted from the security deposit and a copy of the bill will be provided.
