I've been in the real estate business for 32 years, a licensed broker in California and Hawaii. We started coming to Maui approximately 20 years ago when our two boys were 5 & 7 years old. We absolutely fell in love with Maui, the beauty, the family friendly atmosphere, and of course, the gorgeous weather. After years of vacationing in Maui, we put some families together and decided to purchase a beautiful condo on one of the top 5 beaches in the US.
Great location!! Ideal for couples or families. Very spacious and well equipped. View of mountains on one side and ocean on the other. Clean, great towels and well supplied kitchen. Nice big beach in this area than where the hotels are located. Lots of good places to eat out your back door and very close to Whaler’s Village which is convenient. Would totally stay here again.
We had a great stay at the Aston at Whalers. The unit was comfortable and although we were only 2 people it could easily fit 6 comfortably. Beach was just outside and activities like reef snorkeling just down the beach or a short drive away. Whaler’s Village shopping center right next door with several great restaurants within a short walk.
We would rent this property again if we were ever to return to Maui. Very much recommend this property.

This condo exceeded our expectations! It’s huge & well appointed. The pictures truly do not do it justice, especially the balcony! The weather was not the best in Maui when we were there, but the condo made up for it! ?????????
The view here is amazing, the condo is very comfy and well equipped, and the location is absolutely perfect. Walk straight out to the beach, Whalers Village is right next door, and Black Rock is 5 minutes walk up the beach path. We loved it!
We absolutely loved our week-long stay at the Whaler Resort Kaanapali condo 573 in early July and hope to return to this property. The beautifully decorated, immaculate, spacious and airy condo exceeded our expectations in every way -- it is even more lovely than the photos show. On our early July stay the weather was quite warm and the air conditioning was a welcomed feature for sleeping at night. The family particularly enjoyed the wrap-around and breezy lanai, where we had breakfast each morning. The lanai provided nice privacy with a view of the mountains from one side, beautiful trees (and rainbows!) and a peek at the ocean from another side. We chose this property because we were visiting Maui with our 16 year old granddaughter for her birthday. She absolutely loved having her own spacious bedroom with a slider to the wrap-around lanai and she felt really special. We ended each day with a soak in the lovely large pool and hot tub. Another nice feature of this condo is its proximity to the Whalers Village. It was perfect and a welcomed amenity that this shopping mall was a five minute walk from the Whaler Resort ... providing us with all kinds of restaurants, shops and services we would otherwise have to drive to. We fell in love with the Hula Grill where we enjoyed three happy hour dinners sitting at a beach front table in the sand and watching the sunset. Whalers Village also had a very nice convenience store to purchase any items needed during our stay (without having to drive). We highly recommend this exquisite condo at the Whaler Resort and can't wait to return to it. Lastly, each and every encounter we had with the Whaler Resort staff during our stay was positive, friendly and helpful. The Gorman Family
My family of five boys and my wife & I thoroughly enjoyed the condo, view, proximity to the pool & beach and the many nearby activities.
The 2 bedroom was vary spacious and great accommodations for the six adults and 2 children during the vacation trip. Loved the proximity to the beach and shopping at Whaler's Village. The wrap around lanai provided great views of the ocean and the mountains. We would recommend this unit to anyone planning a trip to Kaanapali Beach on Maui.
The common area was great. The beach was awesome. Nearby food and shopping. Golfers have something handy too. I’ll definitely recommend this place for folks headed to Maui.
Love this property. Would stay again for sure.
