You are absolutely going to love this magnificent luxury 2 bedroom condominium (1 King & 1 Queen) + Bunk area at Shores of Panama. I manage this unit myself, as the owner, not as a realtor, etc. This unit is my only condo and my husband and I stay here when it is not rented. So, it’s clean and well kept. It has such a beautiful view of the impressive pool area and the Gulf of Mexico from your 16th floor balcony. The landscaping and exterior detail of this multi-million dollar complex is absolutely breath-taking.
Totally redecorated in June, 2018 and again in Jan, 2020, you will enjoy the expansive 2 bedroom (1 king & 1 queen) with bunk area (with door for privacy), along with 1 queen sofa bed to accommodate up to 8 members of your family. The kitchen boasts all new slate appliances, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. New bathroom cabinets in 2019. New kitchen cabinets were installed along with wood floors have been installed throughout, except in the bath, which are tile. Shower doors were also installed in both full baths! Hair dryers are provided in all baths for your convenience.
This unit is beautifully decorated! The living room has 2 sofas, one of which is a sleeper, a 65” SMART TV, DVD/VCR. The master bedroom has a new king size bed room set with 50” LED TV and it's own private bath. The second bedroom also has a full bath attached, a queen size bed and a 40” SMART TV. The unit has a bunk area , with door for privacy, and a half bath. A fully equipped kitchen with new granite counter tops and new kitchen cabinets is the crown on an already beautiful condo. Direct TV and wireless internet are both available to you in the unit at no cost to you.
The oceanfront balcony boasts a breathtaking view of the lagoon style pool along with the most beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. Watch the dolphins play each morning while you enjoy your coffee. In the evenings, share a cocktail with your significant other and experience some of the most memorable sunsets you will ever see.

Reserved parking for our unit is on the 8th floor, just a few steps away from the elevator. You may also take advantage of the two beach chairs and umbrella (seasonal) that we have reserved for you at NO additional cost. Taxes (13.2%) and cleaning fee ($140) are also included in our rates. This is our second time to stay at Shores of Panama #1618 and it was just as great this time as before. The condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you need! The beds are soooo comfortable!! Highly recommend. Janet is so easy to work with too.
This is a beautiful condo to stay in and Janet the owner is so nice and easy to work with. The décor is beautiful, updated and condo very clean. The view from the balcony is awesome. Our only complaints, which the owner can not help, is the elevators are awful - one was broken the whole time we were there - the parking garage is a nightmare and the beach is a lot more crowded at this complex than the others we have stayed at. I feel like this would be a great place to stay during the off season when PCB is not so busy. Would definitely stay in this condo again if it were in a different complex.
By far one of the nicest units we have stayed in as a family. The beds are just as comfy as yours at home. There are bad reviews about the elevators, but they really aren’t bad if you use them at the right time( 23 story complex and everyone goes to the beach at the same time). If you go to the beach around 8 am, no issues at all with elevators. We will definitely be renting this one again!!! Janet really goes extra lengths to ensure a great stay!!!
Our family loved staying in condo 1618, and the owners are amazing to work with. Everything about Janet's condo is fantastic - well decorated, comfortable beds, clean kitchen and bathroom with everything you need, comfortable living room, and great views. The facility is terrific, with the exception of the slow elevators and busy parking garage. The facility is well kept, and security monitors closely to ensure the safety of all guests. We enjoyed our stay in condo 1618!
Our family enjoyed every minute of our time spent at this perfect unit. The unit was so clean and perfectly decorated. The owners made booking and check in so fast and easy. We had an amazing time! The resort was spectacular. Very friendly staff. 1618 was nothing less than amazing! Very very clean, cute decor, amazing view, and it had everything we needed!!! Owners were very nice! Janet was amazing to work with! White sand and clear water.... We will definitely be back!!!
