The old stone house is quite large, incorporating 4,500 sf. It includes three apartments, with a total of six bedrooms and five baths, for a sleeping capacity of 12.
"Il Giardino" on the ground floor is the largest of the three apartments, consisting of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, the entry hall, a large salon with fireplace, the large dining room and a fully equipped "chef's" kitchen complete with dishwasher.
The upper floor has two apartments of two bedrooms each. The larger apartment "Il Fagiano" has two bathrooms and the smaller, "Il Focolare" has one bathroom. Each apartment also has its own salon and fully equipped kitchen.
