21 day cancelation notice on all dates except holidays, which requires a 30 day cancelation notice. Holidays & valentines weekend are not avalible at reduced rates, regardless of the season. Rates & policies are subject to change with out notice. Am not responsible for cancelations due to weather or acts of god. This is wooded property, bordering the Nat`l Park with wildlife. Guest assumes responsibilty for any encounters with wildlife. |

We enjoyed our 5 night stay here and would come back again. It’s off the beaten path and a nice place to just relax while you enjoy all the area has to offer! I enjoyed my coffee in the morning listening to the beautiful sounds of the creek and did the same late in the afternoon while unwinding from the day with an adult beverage!
We loved our stay! The cabin is in a great location. Very private but close to many attractions. When we visit the mountains, we like to stay in small town areas with the choice of traveling a short distance for larger attractions. This cabin was perfect! The cabin itself had everything we needed and was very clean. Wonderful vacation!
If you are looking for a fancy place with lots of amenities, this is not your place. If you are looking for simple, small, clean, and secluded, this is a place you should try. I wanted the camping feel with a hot shower place, and this place fit the bill perfectly. The only reason not 5 stars would be the private roads were too small for my full size truck, and the place had the feel it was last redone in the late 90"s. Over all nice people, clean cabin, and they will even help you with firewood onsite. I would recommend if you are looking for a getaway from the Gatlinburg crowds.
It was a great cozy, clean cabin. It was lovely to be in the woods and enjoy the time away.
Nice little cabin in serene setting. Really enjoyed the hammock beside the creek, could have spent my whole weekend sleeping in it, but the wife had other plans
