The cottage is a ground level dwelling separate from two duplex units. � It offers a unique floor plan with the main living area in the center of the house with kitchen, dining area, sitting area and a full bath. �To the right is a large bedroom with a king bed and full bath. �The laundry area with a full size washer and dryer is also located in this room. � To the left of the living area is an enclosed sun room and at night serves as the 2nd bedroom. �The sofa opens to a queen size sleeper and there is a twin size Murphy bed. � The kitchen has been remodeled and is spacious and up to date in every way. � The baths are up to date as are the furnishings. � The cottage offers a little more privacy than the duplex units minus the �water views.�� � The Little Bay property is an acre of lush tropical plantings in a gated compound located directly on Florida Bay. �These units are available for rent by the week or month. � Each unit sleeps up to 6 people - rent one or all for a family reunion. � Protected dockage in the "little bay" will keep your 30' boat (or smaller) safe. � There's a "sunning" area with lounge chairs on the peninsula. � �Relax in one of the hammocks or enjoy quiet time under the pergola or a picnic under the tiki. � Central air, flat screen TV in the living room and WiFi round out the amenities that will guarantee a fabulous holiday.�

Rate Details: Rent is $3000/week, or $11000/month. Additional Charges: $225 departure cleaning fee ($325 for monthly stays); reservation fee 3.9% of base rent and 12.5% state and local taxes. For stays longer than two weeks there is an additional $200 cleaning fee for mid stay cleaning. Refundable Security Deposit: $500 with Accidental Damage Insurance or $1000 without.

Accidental Damage: $45 covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay.
