A pair of large, sliding glass doors, provides access to the lanais and ensure unobstructed views of Hawaii's Pacific Ocean. Whale, Dolphin, Turtle, Rays, and other marine life are often observed directly from the lanais.   The surf, sandy beach and black lava are only a few yards away. Restricted beach access ensures privacy and seclusion. We are an end unit with no connecting walls to the other units in the community. King Kamehameha I spent his last years living near the current site of the King Kamehameha's Kona Beach Hotel until his passing in 1819. The Ahuena Heiau, located on the grounds of the hotel, is a reconstructed temple rebuilt by Kamehameha himself and is on the register of National Historic Landmarks.   Watch the people and the cruise ships come and go from the Kailua Kona Pier, with access to Hawaii’s best scuba diving, big-game fishing, kayaking, dolphin and whale watching.
