Nestled at the edge of the quaint Torquay hamlet of St Marychurch, with it's bespoke independent shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs, Roxedge is ideally situated with direct private access onto the renowned South West coast path - the UK's longest and best-loved national trail.
The views from the property are outstanding, with nothing but nature between the house and the ocean. Child's play. We believe in everyone having fun, so we've made sure there are toys for kids, whatever the age. Whether it's toys for babies and toddlers or PlayStation games for the bigger ones. We hope there is everything you need to keep the young ones occupied whilst the adults relax.
There are plenty of fun games for outside in the garden too, including a sunken trampoline. Adult entertaining. The house has plenty of entertaining space, both inside and out. A large dining table enables you all to get together to celebrate and eat. With a spacious lounge for everyone to relax afterwards. Fancy a movie? Then retire to the cinema room with it's big screen entertainment. You will find a large selection of DVD's, along with free access to Disney+, Netflix and Amazon.
But why stay inside when the rear garden offers a great space to relax and enjoy the fresh air. There are 3 large seating areas to choose from, all of which allowing you a chance to chill with a cold drink, (or even a morning coffee). The main decking area offers a large seating and dining area with absolutely stunning views over Babbacombe bay, along with a large luxury gas barbecue for when you want to eat alfresco. In the rear garden you will also find a stunning large luxury hot-tub to relax in while you take in the amazing coastal views.

Cancellation Policy
We know that circumstances change and can upset your plans, so we have a moderate cancellation policy.
To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 30 days before check-in
If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of your total booking price.
If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, you will not recieve a refund.
Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in
If we (the hosts) need to cancel the reservation at any time, you will be offered a full refund.
If Cancellation is due to changes in UK Government legislation around COVID 19 which makes it impossible to travel, then we will offer a full refund.

Wonderful house for 2 families to share with plenty of space to spread out and have privacy. We had easy access to the South Coast Path.. Luke and Tina were great hosts. They left an amazing welcome basket of treats, wine, and gifts for the kids. Contact with them was easy. Highly recommend the property
Excellent hosts left a generous welcome hamper with a toy for the baby and dog treats too. We loved the pool room and cinema room. We had a fire pit evening and played the games in the garden. The house had everything that we needed. Great location too.
The house was perfect for the children to the grandparents. The house is in a great location we could walk into Babbington and only a short drive to visit other places. Tina and Luke were so thoughtful with a hamper of goodies and gifts for the children when we arrived. They were the perfect hosts. Definitely recommend a stay here.
Perfect stay for a big group. Lots to do and plenty of space, bedrooms and bathrooms. Especially god for kids and teenagers. Lots to keep them entertained. Views are stunning and facilities good. Good walks from the door. Thankyou for a lovely stay.
Wow - a lot of great things to say about our recent stay. We arrived at their beautiful home a few days before Christmas. We were there to celebrate Christmas with family members we hadn’t seen in 2 years due to Covid (we live in America). Tina and Luke had a Christmas tree decorated, presents for the children who were coming, a separate present for us, and one for the family as well as a HUGE gift basket full of goodies. They even thought of writing us a personal card and cards to the children. They were so incredibly thoughtful - it is worth mentioning!!! The house is very large and can accommodate a large group if needed. We had enough room to entertain the whole family for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day (when everyone gathered, there was 15 of us). The kitchen is very well stocked and big enough for a couple of people to be preparing food at the same time. The game room and pool room were perfect for our family as we spent hours upon hours with some intense pool competitions going on. The big screen in the game room was perfect as well for those who wanted to sit and watch a movie. All of the bedrooms had comfortable beds and everything felt clean and cozy. The sea view from the backyard is GORGEOUS and the yard is well equipped with multiple seating areas. We had mostly rain while we were there so I could only imagine what it would be like in warmer/drier weather. The backyard is huge and has a BBQ for those who like to grill outside. We envisioned how perfect it would be in better weather for our family as there is ample room and also feels very private from the neighbors. Just a block down from their home are beautiful trails that provide gorgeous photo opportunities and a chance for outdoor exercise. I would HIGHLY recommend this rental. We loved it so much we may book it again for a summertime stay to really make the most of the beautiful grounds. They have thought of everything to make it a perfect stay. I highly recommend their beautiful home.
