Golf Keys: The keys for the golf cart are in the kitchen basket.
Beach Access Location: There are two very close Beach access- Shiraz Street and Hutchinson Street. Our family favorite is Hutchinson. Beach Service Set up: Is being offered for you at no additional charge (March thru October). They are located at the Hutchinson Street beach access (to the East/ Across from Camille's Restaurant where the pavilion/ restrooms are) Sunny Sands Beach Service is the provider and just tell the attendant you are staying at"SeaBlue Destin" and they will take you to your 2 set ups (4 chairs/ 2 umbrellas).
Extras for your enjoyment: Beach Cruiser bikes, Pool/ Sand toys, Pool towels (over the dryer), Wagon, Beach cart, Beach chairs, Beach umbrellas, Pool Lounge chairs, Hairdryers, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker and all kitchen cookware & utensils.
Paper Products: For your convenience, I provide a starter supply of toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, hand soaps in bathrooms and kitchen, & dishwasher detergent
BIKES: are offered for your enjoyment. The bike lock code is
The condition of bikes is not guaranteed. Please inspect prior to use. The tire pump, extra tube, and fix a flat are in the laundry area.
CABLE TV: Cable Tv, Prime Video, Hulu, Netflix, and many premier channels
There is a booster in the living room – do not unplug. All rooms have Smart Roku 55’-68’TV
POOL: Please make sure the back door and gate are always shut during your stay for the safety of your guest. Required by Florida Law.
Please keep the water line ½ way up the skimmer to allow the pump & heater to work properly.
There is a hose outside. *Rinse off sand & sweat to avoid water turning cloudy or green.
No glass or metal should be in the pool area. (Metal will leave rust stains in the pool)
THERMOSTATS: Please keep the temperature set between 68-80 degrees and keep doors and windows closed. Turning the A/C below 68 degrees will cause the unit to freeze. KEEP DOORS SHUT AT ALL TIMES
REFRIGERATOR/FREEZER: Do not overfill the freezer, or the refrigerator will not stay cool.
GARBAGE: Pick-up is on Tuesday & Friday morning. Recycling is Tuesday morning.
Containers should be taken to the end of the driveway after 12 PM Monday and Thursday. All garbage must be bagged.
Please remove as much garbage as possible from the house prior to your departure.
(*If bin is full/overflowing upon departure, $75 will be deducted from your security deposit)
GAS GRILL: If you use it during your stay, please clean prior to departure & fill the propane tank if empty – these can be filled at the gas station around the corner.
*If the grill is left dirty, $200.00 will be deducted from your security deposit. Condition is not guaranteed.
PARKING: All vehicles must be in the driveway or on the gravel on the courtyard. (No boats, trailers, or RVs allowed) Please be careful not to hit the fence.
POOL TOWEL: Do not wash colored towels with white towels. Must wash and put away all pool towels prior to departure. Housekeeping does not wash pool towels. Extra amenity for our guests.
Helpful things to know about Sea Blue Destin:
1. Grill – If you use it during your stay, please clean (supplies underneath) and fill the propane tank, if empty prior to departure (at the gas station on the corner). Keep covered when not in use. Housekeeping does not clean grills and is not included in fees.
2. Garbage Disposal – No shrimp peelings or other hard substances.
3. Coolers – Must be kept outside. Please do not bring sandy / wet items across floors or in the house.
4. Fish – If you get fresh fish, please keep outside in cooler or be careful when placing in the refrigerator that it is wrapped properly.
5. Pool Towels – Provided over the dryer. Please wash and return to the shelf prior to departure. These are provided for your convenience. Housekeeping does not wash Pool Towels.
6. White Bath Towels – These are not to be removed from the house for the pool or beach
*Please do not start washing before you leave as cleaners take off site to launder.
7. Dish Towels – in Kitchen – please do not wash any colored items with white linens.
8. Please rinse off sand, sweat & lotions before going in the pool or sitting on furniture.
9. No metal (will leave rust stains) or glass (acrylic dishes provided) in the pool area.
10. No sidewalk chalk on Pavers.
11. Do not allow water to sit on floors at any time.
12. Please keep windows and doors closed so A/C does not freeze.
13. Please do not take indoor furniture outside
14. White slipcover sofas & carpets can be spot cleaned with Folex, which is provided under the kitchen sink.
15. No wet bathing suits are allowed on any furniture. Please help us keep them white and clean for all our families. Please watch Red Wines.
16. Trash days are Tuesday and Friday, recycling on Tuesday.
The morning of your departure, please do the following:
(To Receive your Security Deposit)
1. Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and begin the cycle if full.
2. Put clean kitchen items back in appropriate cabinets / drawers.
3. Empty refrigerator & food cabinet of all items unless unopened.
4. Return any moved furniture / household items to the original location
5. Pool Towels must be washed, folded & put back on the shelf over the dryer.
6. Check the washer / dryer for all personal items, empty dryer filter.
7. Place TV remotes for TV in appropriate baskets provided
8. Place dirty towels on bathroom floors.
(Please do not wash white towels / sheets – Cleaners take off-site)
9. Pool toys in outside bins / pool floats behind hook rack on patio.
10. Grill cleaned, cover on and propane filled (if used during your stay)
11. Beach chairs & umbrellas in beach cart and stored behind storage bins.
(If you have used the wagon, umbrellas, or beach chairs, please rinse before storing)
12. Bikes; stored in bike racks with locks in place.
13. Empty garbage into outside bin (must be bagged for extra Saturday pick up)
14. Hairdryers are under each sink.
15. Turn off lights, lock doors, and return the golf cart key in the key cabinet.
16. Make sure the safety chain is not latched on the back door.

It’s no secret that Destin is a great place, and it just keeps getting better. From amazing food to spectacular beaches and endless opportunities for recreation, Destin has everything for the ultimate vacation. No wonder so many people keep coming back year after year. Destin is truly a slice of paradise in a state known for its legendary sunshine and never-ending fun. If you care to go further afield, Destin is a great starting point to other fine places along Florida’s Emerald Coast.
Our first beach trip with our 4 month old and family was excellent. Perfect weather and perfect house. The location was wonderful! Very short walk to the beach and restaurants and golf cart was awesome to get around even quicker and easier. Pool area was wonderful. Only small issue was pool lounge chairs could be replaced. Starting to get a little worn.
From the owner communication, to the amenities, to the house set up and decor… I could not have asked for a better house to stay in or a better evening to spend with my family. Amazing!
This was a great property and we enjoyed our stay. The only issue was that the golf cart did not work when we arrived. Laura was aware of the issue and we had a working golf cart within a few hours. Would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Destin.
We had 3 families stay with 5 kids total ranging in ages of 18 months-16 years old. The house looks just like the photos! It is beautiful and clean. Lots of extras like beach chairs, wagons, umbrellas. I loved the chair service at the beach. Made it so we didn’t have to get to the beach early and stake out a spot. We could go when we were ready without being rushed. Loved all the outdoor areas at the house. The neighborhood is beautiful with lots to do within walking distance. The golf cart was definitely great so didn’t have to cart everything to the beach in a wagon or being carried. House is very close to the beach! The owner reached out multiple times with things to do and even left us a welcome gift! We would definitely stay here again!!
Best vacation. The pool and golf cart was an added bonus. House had everything we needed and was super clean. Host was super helpful and was easy to contact. Beautiful home! Would definitely rent again!!
Had a wonderful time. House was perfect for us. Loved having the golf cart to get around. Would most definitely recommend this House as a place to stay in this area. Laura was wonderful to work with. A wonderful owner and hostess.
This house was a perfect size for our family of 11 varying in ages from 2 to 48. The house was very roomy. The living area is a bit small but we were always out doing something…in the kitchen…or outside in the beautiful pool/patio area. It served a great purpose by entertaining the two toddlers with the TV. My adult kids really enjoyed the bikes and the golf cart.
The kitchen is well equipped, everything was clean. Be sure to read all the rules and extra charges so you are aware and check-in and checkout time. I feel those checkout times are way to early and the checkin time is too late. Other tha. That, I thought it was great
We truly enjoyed our stay at Sea Blue! Laura has the most adorable spot - definite pros- great location close to beach (5 min walk or 2 min golf cart ride in the awesome 6 passenger cart!) close to grocery and shops, yet you still feel you’re in a quaint little beach town- the courtyard makes such a difference- white picket fences along with the end of street give you plenty of outside space and the yard is just a beauty! Laura has everything you need in the house- lots of dishes, glasses, plastics for outside, so many utensils, bowls, pots, pans, crock pots, Ninja blender, Keurig w pods! and the pool towels were a definite plus!! The rooms are modern beachy and the bathrooms were perfect. The house is like new- welcoming and so clean. The kids loved the bunk room and tv’s in each room were awesome! Love the baskets in each room with sample toothpastes, lotions, makeup remover, etc! The kitchen welcome basket was GREAT and so thoughtful as we had traveled all day from Maryland, Delaware, and South Florida - the wine, nuts, snacks etc were so so nice??????A really nice thing to see when you walk in! We recommend Jets pizza for a quick pick up, and Camilles has a great cafe as well as dinner-the sushi was delish! The ice cream shop next to Alvins was spectacular (32 flavors and nicest staff) and is only a 1 minute golf cart ride! Plenty of dish detergent and laundry pods which were a great perk. The bikes are nice and we used daily- there are plenty of beach chairs and wagons and toys - but the beach chair and umbrella setup every morning was fantastic!! Laura’s modern taste and attention to the small details are what will bring us back- not to mention the beautiful beach, clear water, and amazing sunsets- a great family getaway - Hurricane Ida couldn’t get us down- we had all kinds of fun anyway- shopping, took a day trip to Seaside, and the sun came out Wednesday! You can’t beat the beautiful gulf water in Destin- even after the outer bands of a hurricane stirred things up! The only con is the early checkout time- however it’s understandable that they want to get in and get it up to par for the next group- when we arrived we were actually able to get in earlier than expected which was so nice!! I would 100% recommend Sea Blue!! Thank you Laura!
The house had everything you need for a great vacation. Very spacious and well stocked with kitchen supplies and beach gear.
SeaBlue Destin is very well equipped for families to enjoy with comfort and ease. The interior design is beautiful, and owner Laura is very attentive. This home had more supplies, especially towels, comfortable bedding, and pool/beach items, than we have ever seen at a VRBO. We highly recommend this property.
We loved our stay at Sea Blue and will definitely be booking again. The house was wonderful and had everything you needed to be comfortable and feel right at home. The house is within a two minute golf cart ride to the beach or a 3-5 minute walk. We really enjoyed the golf cart to go eat or a late night ice cream trip. The pool was fantastic as well when you wanted to get away from the salt water of the beach. The AC was amazing in the home on those hot Florida days. Don't look any further when picking a home near the beach!
This property is absolutely amazing. We had a wonderful time. The location is perfect having the golf cart was a plus. The house was very clean. The welcome basket with snacks and bottle of wine was a sweet surprise. Great communication with the owner. She responded almost immediately. We would definitely stay here again.
Just back from a week at Sea Blue and had a great time! Property appears to have been recently renovated. Kitchen and baths have nice tile work with solid surface counters and newer appliances. Kitchen was very well stocked with pretty much anything you’ll need. Furnishings were tasteful and up-to-date with a very “beachy” feel. We chose to have the pool heated as it was still cool when we visited and the water was just right. Hot tub was clean and worked great. Very much enjoyed the golf cart for quick trips to the market or to go out for a meal. The real bonus for us though was the chair setup at the beach. For no extra charge you have four chairs and two umbrellas already set up for you on the beach. No worrying about finding a spot or lugging your own there. There were no problems with our stay and the owner kept in touch several times, asking how things were and offering tips on things to do. Looking forward to our next visit!
Very pleased with our experience. Lots of options for the kids when we just needed a break from the beach. Loved the golf cart!
