The second bedroom offers views of the garden and mature trees and has its own door to the outside deck. The third bedroom or “bunk room” has a built in bunk bed and sleeper couch, the perfect spot for the youngsters to hang and sleep. All of the beach access on Folly is public and the closest access is less than a block away. If this home were ocean front it would cost twice as much.
