Rate Details: Monthly Rent: $11,000 (Dec thru August) and $9,750 (Sept thru Nov). Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help with other properties. Please call the office. Additional Charges: $400 departure cleaning fee; reservation fee 3.9% of base rent; and 12.5% state and local taxes. Refundable Security Deposit: $1,000. Utility Caps/Mo: $225 water and $350 electricity. Pet Fees: Pets are accepted at this property on a case by case basis. If you plan to bring a pet we will need to know the breed, age, and weight. If your pet is accepted there is an additional refundable security deposit of $200 for one pet and $100 for an additional pet plus an additional $45 departure cleaning fee. Travel Insurance: This is an optional service offered through CSA Travel Protection. For details please click contact us. Accidental Damage Insurance: This insurance is also optional.
