MINIMUM RENTAL: 7 NIGHTS This is a lush tropical setting in a gated compound located directly on Florida Bay. Protected dockage in the "Little Bay" will keep your 30' boat (or smaller) safe. There’s a “sunning” area with lounge chairs on the peninsula so you can capture all the Vitamin D your body needs. The property has 3 separate units for rent by the week or month and can sleep up to 18 (6 per unit.) The 2nd floor duplex or ground floor duplex offers 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, an open and very comfortable living area, fully equipped kitchen and spectacular views of the bay. The cottage has been extensively remodeled and features a gourmet kitchen and lounge area with a flat screen TV. The bedrooms are located on opposite ends of the cottage. One has a private bath. The other bedroom doubles as a gathering room by day and bedroom by night with a queen sized sleeper sofa bed and a murphy bed. All units have their own washer and dryer and charcoal grills. Rates: ALL THREE UNITS:$9000/week or $33,000/month. Additional Charges: $675 departure cleaning fee or $975 for monthly stay; for stays longer than two weeks there is an additional $600 cleaning fee for mid stay cleaning; reservation fee 3.9% of base rent?; $135 accidental rental damage insurance; and 12.5% state and local taxes. Refundable Security Deposit: $1500. Pet Fees: Pets that weigh less than 20 lbs. are accepted in the duplex units only and on a case by case basis. If accepted there is an additional pet deposit of $150 per duplex plus a $45 pet cleaning fee. Travel Insurance is optional.
