Two of the hardwood floored sitting areas are located on the 2nd(main living floor) one for watching the big screen TV and the other to enjoy just chatting about your fun-filled day at the beach. You will find theses spaces complete with all new comfortable furniture. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 baths thoughtfully located throughout the house, all bedrooms are equipped with digital expanded cable TV.
This main level also includes an ocean view King Master Bedroom en-suite with shower and 2 additional Queen Bedrooms, one which is an ocean front bedroom, which share access to a tub/shower combo bath.
The appointed "Chef" of the family will blossom in the well-appointed kitchen with all-new stainless appliances, and everyone can enjoy the "chef-prepared" meals in the connecting dining area with seating for 8 guests and breakfast bar that will seat 4 more guests.
The Ground Level Entry you will find an entry way with a cozy nook for just lounging around equipped with a sofa and futon for additional sleeping for 1-2 kids.
