A more formal dining area with seating for 8 is located in the corner of this expansive open space. The kitchen, stocked with all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need along with stainless Jenn-Air appliances, granite counter tops, and a large island for additional prep space or a midnight snack gathering will make the chef of this party one happy cook. One bedroom suite located on this floor is furnished with two twin beds, 32" TV, and a full size shower in the private bath. Also located on this floor is a half bath and laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.

On the 2nd floor of this beach house you will find three bedrooms. Two ocean side king suites each with private bath and one with a jetted soaking tub, and twin sleep chair for a smaller child not ready to sleep away from mom & dad, each with private access to the deck. The remaining suite on this floor is a street side queen bedroom with en-suite.
The 1st floor is a large open space with queen bed, queen sleep sofa, sitting area which offers privacy with 32" TV, private bath and direct beach access and outdoor shower.
Use the exterior spiral staircase to travel between the 2nd and 3rd level decks without disturbing anyone inside. Don't forget the private beach access a convenience exclusively for the guest of "Hawks" to enjoy. A garage and driveway makes this property accommodating to most all types of vehicles.
