The home is well furnished in a tropical style and has room for couples or families. There are 3 bedrooms, all with king beds. There is a queen sleeper in the Florida Room. The master has a private bath with dual sinks and a shower. The guest bath has a tub/shower combination. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and TV's. The great room is spacious and open to the kitchen and dining area. You can see the ocean from the front window! All of your bed linens, bath towels and kitchen necessities are provided. Just pack your clothes and buy some groceries and you are all set! Or, skip the groceries, there are wonderful restaurants in Key Colony Beach as well as Marathon. Outside there is a relaxing pool. We have done a lot of work in the pool and yard area since we purchased in 2010, and there's plenty of room for the family and friends. There's a gas grill. The dock will accommodate up to a 30' boat and there is a fish table, water and electricity at the dock also. Enjoy access to the Inch Beach on the ocean. It's an easy walk from the house. Inch Beach is owned by local property owners. It is gated and available to owners and their guests to enjoy the sandy beach and the beautiful waters. There is an open lot next to the home on one side, lined with tropical plantings. The other side is also well landscaped for your privacy. On half of the 2 car garage is available for your vehicle, your fishing gear, bikes, etc. can be stored in it, The driveway is large and there is lots of room in the yard for parking of a car or trailer as well.

I stayed at this house with my family (kids ages 6,5, and 3) between Christmas and New Year's. Everyone enjoyed the home. The home is well taken care of and decorated beautifully. The home feels very new and clean. The owners take very good care of it. Having access to a private beach two blocks away was great. The pool was heated and extremely warm (92 degrees when outside temperature was 81 degrees). Honestly, I can't think of a thing wrong with the home. The neighborhood where the home is located is very safe and upscale. We would definitely stay in this home again.
The home was clean, the kitchen extremely well equipped. Puzzles and books were there as well. Ann, the owner, was a gem to work with. Great location. Great property. Great vacation. Would have stayed longer!!
This house was just PERFECT!!! We have been coming to the Keys for many, many years and must say this house was the most "feel-like" home and well-taken care of that we have rented thus far. Very spacious and open, worked perfectly for 3 couples and a baby. Also, the pool size was very enjoyable as many in Key Colony are more like hot stub size. The dock/cleaning station was plenty adequate for our 26ft Cobia. The Owner was most responsive and hospitable. You can truly tell they take great pride and care of their second home. Highly recommend renting this PURE PERFECTION!
We stayed at this house for 2 full weeks and enjoyed every minute of it. Not your typical "well used" rental property. You can tell Ann takes great pride in the property as it is a 2nd home for them. Kept a boat in the canal the entire trip and the canal is very easy to get to from Vaca Cut. I can not recommend Ann and her house enough. Wish I could go back TODAY!!!!
The house is amazing we are dolphin fishing people and it was very convenient getting to the Atlantic and when rough we were just minutes away fro the sand bar the house is well equipped with all you need and the owner is amazing we booked 2 weeks in 2017 and have booked 3 weeks for 2018 and will do 1 month in 2019 the good Lord willing amazing quiet and very comfortable place to stay very secure place as well after fishing and cleaning a huge amount we left keys in boat and expedition that night NO WORRIES all was safe and sound very quiet and private home I love it as well as my family
