We are located at Mangel Halto Beach, home of the Spanish Lagoon. The water is calm & reflects all of the colors of the Caribbean. Take in this breathtaking view from your Caribbean paradise.
 
Enjoy the spacious three bedroom, three bathroom house with its’ spectacular view of the Caribbean. Have a refreshing beverage on your own front patio, overlooking the water or share easy conversation on the open back veranda, which is constantly cooled by the trade winds.
 
Aruba is a 52-week island. With less than 20 inches of rain a year, the weather is near perfect year round. There is a larger beach tucked beyond a little stand of Mangrove trees, complete with palm palapas to shelter you from the sun. The weather is fairly steady at 80 degrees with a constant trade wind. 'Spanish Lagoon' is home to a wide variety of beautiful fish for the beginner snorkeler, as well as the snorkel and scuba enthusiast. It is the premier dive and snorkel site on the island. Take a stroll on the bank or pause at the concrete bench & table at the water’s edge, right in front of your vacation paradise.
 
Your house will accommodate six people privately or up to nine with the included day bed and queen size air mattress. Bring the whole family or just enjoy a relaxing vacation for two! If the answer is location, location, location, we've GOT IT!
 
Three bright, outward facing bedrooms that come with three Queen size beds (there is also a Queen air mattress & pump, one Day Bed, one Child Bed - for 2 yrs. and under). There are three full bathrooms (one equipped with washer and dryer) as well as a spacious kitchen and living area. The great room provides an open view from the back veranda, right through the beautiful gardens which leads to a little stretch of beach. This three bedroom rancher is nestled in a small residential community. The neighbor folk are friendly and helpful, as we found all natives to be. This vacation home also includes: beach chairs, beach towels, beach bags, snorkel & fins, snorkel vests, noodles, rafts (not to be used as a life preserver), coolers, gulf clubs, binoculars, books, games, puzzles and more.

 

Policies

Smoking: There is to be no smoking in the Premises. Additionally, debris from smoking, chewing or other use of tobacco products within the gates and parking area directly in front of the gate to the Premises is to be disposed of properly. Tenant’s breach of this provision shall be considered material, and shall result in the termination of tenancy and an additional charge of $1,000 for allergy cleaning and fumigation or grounds cleaning.
 
Water/Electricity: Water and electricity are precious and expensive commodities. Keep windows and doors closed while air conditioner is running. Always turn off air conditioner in un-used bedrooms and keep doors closed. 
 
Cancellation Policy
Payment Due / Cancellation Procedure: Tenant shall pay the Initial Payment to Agent/Owner along with signed Lease Agreement, or the reservation will be automatically canceled without notice. Tenant shall pay to Agent/Owner the Final Payment on or before thirty (30) days prior to the Arrival Date.
 
If the Final Payment is not received by Agent/Owner on or before thirty (30) days prior to the Arrival Date, this Agreement is subject to cancellation. Tenant’s cancellation or material breach of any provision of this Agreement, including but not limited to failure to pay the final balance due, will allow Agent/Owner to attempt to re-rent the property for the Term. Tenant’s right to receive a refund of the Initial Payment Due will be determined by whether Agent/Owner was able to re-rent Premises.
 
If Agent/Owner is successful in re-renting premises by the terms set forth herein, Tenant shall receive a full refund of all payments made by Tenant (less a cancellation fee of $100.00). In such an event, Agent/Owner may, in its sole and absolute discretion, reduce the lease amount offered without notice. In this case, the guest canceling their reservation is financially responsible for this reduction and their refund will be reduced by the affect of such reduction. If the Premises is not re-rented, Agent/Owner shall seek an amount sufficient to defray the actual damages suffered (Agent/Owner may, in its sole and absolute discretion, pursue to the fullest extent of the law the original balance owed) as a result of the cancellation or  material breach. 
 
Whether or not the Premises are re-rented, Tenant, rather than the Agent/Owner, shall be responsible for seeking reimbursement of any fees paid by Tenant to Agent/Owner for goods, services, or benefits procured by Agent/Owner from third parties for the benefit of Tenant that may have been paid out prior to Tenant’s cancellation.

Nice home right on the beach with beautiful views of the sunsets. Home is fully furnished with great amenities. Every day started with morning coffee on the patio overlooking the ocean. Within walking distance to great restaurant on the water.

Mar 28, 2017 We enjoyed our stay at your home. Had everything that we needed. The hidden beach across the street with great swimming and snorkeling. While my husband and I were snorkeling we seen all the beautiful colored fish, an octopus, eel and found a conch shell wth crab living in it. We really enjoyed this! The view was beautiful and enjoyed our mornings sitting on the front patio and then later watching sun go down. Thank you for the use of your home and hope to return. Vicki and Jim
