Our villa has a custom outdoor poolside kitchen with an 8' granite bar, a 65" 4K poolside TV and a theater quality 7.1 Dolby 6 speaker outdoor sound system. The villa is very private with no rear neighbors, and tall hedges on both sides. Solana is a 24 hour guard gated resort in Davenport, 10 miles from Disney. Our luxurious 3200 sq. foot villa has 4 master bedrooms, all with memory foam mattresses. 2 rooms have king beds, and 2 have queens. 2 bedrooms have 2 twin beds. The living room has a brand new sectional with a pull out bed.. The 4 master bedrooms all have a 55" wall mounted 4K TV . The twin rooms both have a brand new wall mounted 43" Roku 4K TV. The family room has sectional sofa with a chaise lounger, a 65" 4K TV and Sound Bar, Play Station. Wii, games, and a 100 movie DVD library. The game room is air conditioned, with an 8' slate pool table and a high quality ping pong table. There are his and hers golf clubs, puzzles, and games. There are portable chairs and a beach umbrella for a trip to the beach!. Restaurants, stores, and golf courses are nearby.

Cancellation policy
100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in, unless the property re-rents.
All payments fees are charged to the guest.(PayPal,etc.)
Damage and incidentals

Nice property for family vacation. Outdoor space was awesome - heated pool, outdoor kitchen, tv. Property manager was incredibly responsive and a great communicator.

House was great, outdoor pool area and outdoor kitchen was more than ideal. Nice, safe community. All the baby gear at the house made traveling with a 1 year old much more efficient. Mike and house management were very responsive and helpful throughout the whole stay. Nothing bad to say.
We really enjoyed our stay at this home; there was room for all 10 of us! The pool is heated, which really came in handy seeing as the weather was on the cool side; the kids were in it every day! The home is situated approximately 30 minutes from all major parks, shopping and airport. The owner was available by email, greeting us-nice added personal touch. Would definitely come back!
We vacationed here with our extended family; 13 in total. There was lots of room and supplies for everyone. The outdoor kitchen is a great benefit. The owners were very good to work with and provided in any way that they could to make our family's vacation a memorable one!
Property as described in listing. We initially found it on VRBO.com, and rented through Evolve. We did have one issue during the stay, but it was promptly and professionally handled directly by the owner. The only negative was there was not enough towels for the 12 of us. There was a full size washer/dryer to use, and the hot tub gets HOT! Short answer, would we use it again? Yes.
This house was ideal for my large family... The bedrooms were spacious with private bathrooms and big-screen televisions. It was also a nice bonus to have a crib available for my toddler. The kids (and adults) loved playing pool and ping-pong in the air-conditioned game room AND it was great to have access to the Wii for late night downtime. The best part of the house was the pool area. There was a large overhang that provided ample shade from the Florida Sun, as well as a spacious area to hang out, eat, and play cards. We spent most of our time in the pool! The community was quiet and safe... close to restaurants and activities, but it was nice to be outside of the chaos of Orlando. We had a couple of issues pop-up during our stay (issues out of the control of the homeowner), however, the owners were understanding, professional, easy to communicate with, and went the extra mile to make sure any problems were resolved. We will definitely consider staying here again!!
