Countryside Retreat is a private vacation home located on a wooded and landscaped 2 acres lot in west Ottawa - the capital of Canada. The 6 bedroom and 3.5 bathroom vacation rental house is located in west Ottawa but it is an easy drive to downtown Ottawa and all of its attractions.
Countryside Retreat is a fully equipped and furnished luxury private home. Guests enjoy total privacy in the home. The main floor has a fully equipped kitchen , dining room, living room with a 51 inch TV & home theater system, family room with a wood fireplace, TV & audio system, eating room. laundry room, powder room and a bedroom. The second floor has 2 large master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, 2 guest bedrooms and a full bathroom. The main floor also has a sun room with a heated indoor pool, cedar lined sauna , large dual head steam room, powder room and serving counter with bar fridge. There is also a basement bedroom and exercise room. There is plenty of room for guests to relax and enjoy themselves. Additional features includes a computer system, high speed internet , wireless router, VIP cable service, private house telephone, central air conditioning, beautiful gardens and an outdoor patio off of the sun room which has a propane BBQ and patio furniture (in season).

50% deposit required: wire or email transfers, bank/postal orders, cheques or cash.
Balance due 40 days prior to check in (60 days for premium date rentals).
Refundable damage/excess cleaning deposit: cash on check in or on balance due payment. Surcharge for visitors & over night guests not included in original quote. Can be rented without pool area. |
