Perfect for a large to medium sized group or a small group looking for some elbowroom. If you’re in town for business, sightseeing, sporting event, or one of Philly’s many conventions, you can’t go wrong.

I chose this house because it is situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood with easy access to Center City and the Sports Complex. It\'s an old Italian neighborhood filled with great restaurants and takeout (especially Italian). It is only three blocks to the subway and only four stops to center city. Two to the Sports Complex. There is street parking if you prefer to drive. In Center City you will find theater, movie theaters, restaurants, cultural events, museums and historical landmarks.
