The owner requires all guests to fill out and sign a security agreement to complete the reservation process. The security agreement is used instead of collecting and then returning a security deposit. A valid credit card is needed to complete the security agreement for your reservation with the owner.

We are a couple from Montreal, Canada, and enjoy traveling. We love Phoenix and come several times a year for the weather, the arts and photography.
Beautiful condo close to everything.
This was a good value for the money, especially considering that we were renting during Super Bowl. Joe was very easy to work with. Easy access to all Phoenix activities.
I stayed at Joe's place for the month of August while looking for something more permanent. I feel Joe needs to put some more work into it before it is ready. It was not very clean (porch was overgrown and shade was covered in grease, spent an hour or two cleaning), well stocked (coffee?), or decorated. A few times I needed to park a bit of a distance or in a handicap spot, not a big problem, but I imagine it could be in peak season. Area was a little more run down than expected, I did not expect fantastic but I would have felt more comfortable with a gate with my car, but no problems. Internet was not fast enough to watch movies. AC could not get living room and bedroom below mid-high 70's on hot days and I thought of buying fans, although I imagine this would not be an issue except in summer. Make sure you have quarters ($2.50, choose newest looking driers) and laundry detergent if you plan on doing laundry. When I politely pointed some of these issues out to Joe I received no response.
