Heavenly Sunrise Lodge

Stayed for a cheer showcase with a group of friends and their cheerleaders. Place was perfect for our large group. My daughter kept asking if there were people who didn’t show, because we had so much space.

To preface, our daughters played travel softball together for 12 years, went on to play college ball at different schools. We, parents and players, had our first reunion in a couple years. This property housed us all comfortably. The location was convenient, but far enough away from the main strip that we enjoyed the peace and tranquility of the countryside. The hot tub was clean and well kept. The home was large enough to accommodate all without feeling cramped. The property was clean and the property manager was attentive, answering any questions in a timely manner. We made new memories with old friends and we’ll treasure both for a lifetime. We will definitely book this property again for our new annual tradition!

It was a great location for a family vacation and wedding. The pool and spa was great to entertain. Back yard is on a slop. All bedrooms had a bathroom expect for 2. Had 3 refrigerators, 2 coffee pots. The cabin is way better than some hotels in the area. You can park at least 7 cars in the driveway. Family a d friends would stay again.

There were 17 of us for a mini family reunion. There was ample sleeping and eating space. The pool was great, perfect temperature. The area was peaceful and secluded. My only complaint is the provisions for cooking were very sparse. If you plan on cooking any meals, bring EVERYTHING you need. There wasn't even a baking sheet, salt, pepper or coffee filters. I feel these things are basic necessities that have always been included in previous cabins. Oh, and we also had a snake in the house in the downstairs area. EEK!

We had a great time, the location wasn't bad. But it looked as if nobody cleaned the cabin in months. We had granola bars wrappers on the floor from before we were there. Layer of dust on the shelves available for of luggage and the floor. Wouldn't walk around barefoot. Cob webs in the bathroom. Kitchen has a mismatched assortment of essentials. The shelfs in 1 of the fridges were broke, so you couldn't use the door. Basement steps are steep and look as if it's an unfinished basement. Spent no time down there. The cabin was on the lower end of the price range for the size but we wouldn't stay there again. The list of cleaning you're required to do (main one I found odd is that we have to have. Load clean in the dryer and another one started in the washer... I've seen where they've asked to to take it to the laundry room or even start it but not one in dryer already) made us think the only cleaning that is done is by the prior visitors.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very spacious. Enough room for our privacy but all in the same home. There was a few minor problems but we understood most of them as the house is a rental unit. It could use a really good cleaning. There was some rodent droppings in dresser drawers and a lot of dust bunnies. But we would definitely stay again. Thanks for a great time.

An entire HS soccer team, complete with staff and trainers stayed in this spacious and well-laid out cabin. 30+ grown bodies with plenty of room to spread out. The amenities were perfect...tons of kitchen space, storage, multiple appliances to cook, launder, and do just about anything you would need to do. We were not there during pool season but can only imagine how much more that would have offered our group. Caveat was that wifi was inconsistent and/or slow. To be expected considering everyone had at least one device looking to connect. 40+ devices will slow any router down. Maybe getting a booster and extender for future parties would be great. Space was generally clean, a couple of missed spots and the outdoor area could have been tidier. But, with a house THAT big...it only encourages bigger messes so didn't sweat it. Location was close enough to the main areas while still establishing the privacy of the team and distance from distractions. Made for great team-building, camaraderie improving activities, and break-out sessions. Owner was very cordial. Very communicative. Responsive to suggestions. Should we ever travel again to this area, this will be our go to spot. Thanks Stan and Carl!!!!
