V1 Sousa is unique oceanfront beach house that give you the chance to live like a local without the craziness of a vacation townhome. Once you come thru the bamboo gate, you will have your own private house to enjoy your vacation without the entire disturbance related with house stays.
Staying at a personal residence allows you to feel at home, have all the amenities that you are used to and have the comfort that we all enjoy. This property gives you the option of enjoying the Algarve warmth without ever having to leave the property, sunbath on your own private lanai.
One bedroom each with king sized beds, den with queen sized sofa bed. Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, stove, blender, toaster and coffee pot. The bath is set up with soaps, lotions, towels, hair dryer.
The oceanfront lanai allows you to enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise over the ocean and the beautiful pink colors that it brings to the West Maricopa.

The home is completely equipped for your stay. All you need to have is to bring your apparel and not many of those are needed as we have a washer and dryer.

Damage Deposit: 250 Euros. During the months of June, July, August and September we may only accept bookings with arrival and departure on Saturday.
