The first floor features an open dining/kitchen/living area and a half bath. This custom floor plan maximizes the layout to create a living area spacious enough for everyone to gather for meals and to plan the day ahead yet cozy enough so that no one is un-involved. The living area provides direct access to the 1st of the 3 ocean front decks located on each level and each with a view that gets better and better!!
The second floor is comprised of two bedroom suites each having a private access to its own full bath with tub and shower combination. The ocean side suite is furnished with a queen bed and has private access to the covered deck just outside. The street side suite is furnished with a set of Twin bunks and 1 Queen bed. And in between the two you will find the laundry area equipped with a front load full size washer/dryer set.
Retreat to the third floor to find your own quiet space in the top level master retreat! A street-side spacious King Bedroom with a Twin Sleep Chair shares access to a full bath with the Living Space. The oceanfront living area is filled with comfortable seating and a wet bar and compact fridge. Outside the living area is the 3rd level deck furnished with new outdoor bar height seating that sets your sights above the railing for that gorgeous unobstructed view of the ocean and the beach below!!
Access the beach just steps away at the public beach access. For those times when you’re not outdoors drinking in nature’s beauty, of course there's always free secured WiFi access and TVs in each bedroom with digital expanded cable.
