Featuring large comfortable rooms with comfy beds with terrific indoor/outdoor flow. This well maintained home with an elevator was built in 2008.
1st floor features: LR/DR/K open floor plan with 4 bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms have King Beds one of which is a Master with En Suite. The 4th Bedroom has 2 bunk beds with a trundle under 1 of the bunks to sleep up to 5(no adults on top bunks). There are 3 full baths on this floor and will sleep up to 11 with a maximum of 9 adults.
2nd floor features: LR/DR/K just down the hall there is a bedroom on the right with a twin bed with trundle and an additional twin over full bed(pyramid)(BR 1). There is a hallbath with double vanity & tub/shower combo. 2nd BR: king with private bath with double vanity & large deep soaking tub & separate walk-in shower, large flat screen TV on the wall & street side deck with 2 chairs. The 3rd bedroom completes this floor with a queen bed with private street side deck & large flat screen on dresser. At the end of the hall there is a frontloading washer/dryer.
3rd(top) floor you will find a king sized bed that cradles you as you enjoy watching the wall-mounted TV or gazing as the sun rises just outside your door that leads to your own private sun deck. There is also a bedroom at the end of the hall equipped with a queen bed, & day bed, this suite also comes equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and table with chairs. Relax in the bathroom that is shared with the King Bedroom, equipped with a soaking tub, double sink & walk in shower. Will sleep up to 14 with a maximum of 13 adults
Parking is always at a premium on the island but you'll be in great shape with a long covered carport with room up to 6 cars depending on size of vehicles.
Non-smoking, security deposit applies...Linens & towels are not provided..Sunday to Sunday during summer...Pet friendly(certain restrictions with paid non-refundable pet charge)...Elevator service is reliable but not guaranteed, departure cleaning is included.. Sleeps us to 25 people with a maximum of 22 adults.
