Blankets and pillows are provided, however you must bring your own sheets, pillow cases, soap/shampoo and towels to use when you hop out of one of the two bathrooms with standing showers; one of which is in the basement, off the complementary laundry room. Just think of the warm towels right out of the dryer! Note: The vacation rental cabin does not have a bathtub.  

The kitchen is complete with all cooking utensils, silverware, plates, toaster, coffee pot, refrigerator, microwave oven, blender, garbage disposal, high chair and soap. Just bring your own food to cook on the gas stove or use the charcoal barbecue we have out on the spacious deck. There is also plenty of patio furniture to enjoy on the deck surrounded by sunshine.   The living room is equipped with a large LCD HD TV that includes cable television and a DVD player. There is cable TV in one bedroom downstairs and cable TV in the one bedroom upstairs. There is also a phone with free local calling (renters must pay for long distance). Also available for use free of charge is a desktop computer with high speed internet and wireless internet (A/B/G/N/AC).  

Keep warm in front of the beautiful fireplace or use the central heating to get the cabin nice and cozy for those gorgeous snowy winter days and nights. We can also help with Dodge Ridge lodging or if you want to go sledding get you set up with Leland High Sierra Snow Play.   Should you need to do any laundry the vacation rental cabin has a washer and dryer in the basement, available free of charge.   There is also a very spacious driveway to park all your cars, boats, trailers, tiny homes / tiny houses and RV's; it can accommodate at least 6 midsize cars or SUVs. It's also a great area for kids, church groups, girl scouts, cub scouts, healing circles, spiritual retreats, spring break, meeting rooms, facility rentals, bachelor party's, bachelorette parties, weddings, honeymoons, 4H, or FFA type events to put up tents and camp outside.
