Fantastic house. The pool and terrace areas are a dream. Sylvie is an attentive host who responds quickly to messages. The house is located in such a quiet spot it feels like the deep countryside even though it's a 25 min walk to the beach. Great location for exploring Antibes and Cannes. The house is large and quirky with a huge main living/ dining area and smaller bedrooms upstairs. Would book again!
Elite villa. The pool area is beautiful. The bedrooms are spacious and diverse. The host is extremely helpful and prompt in terms of responses.
The place is an insane but wonderful eclectic paradise, with collections of mirrors and spoons, all a clear indication of owner love of property. It will take you awhile to orient yourself on how best to navigate the property, as it as many floors and stairwells. Make sure that you keep you luggage at the highest point on entering the gated villa, so that you don't end up lugging up your suitcases up a long winding marble staircase. Sylvie, the owner, is gracious, charming and a nice addition to this perfect home for a large group of people coming together to celebrate life on the Riviera.
We where dissapointed about the standard of the house. It wasnt cleaned good when we arrived, broken glass on the floor and the beds where filthy. We couldnt use two of the bedsrooms because of bad smell. Can not recommend this property.

great villa with wonderful amenities. the only thing is the check in and check out times are a bit strict and it's a shame when you have to leave the villa so early bcs it's amazing :) also the people cleaning the villa started knocking on our doors from 9am given that check out time is 10am. it is illegal for them to enter the house without our consent.
Lovely villa with great outdoor space including pool, hot tub and table tennis. Steam room inside too. Sylvie's English isn't great but she went out of her way to make our stay as excellent as possible. The pool was a little cold in April despite being heated as it isn't covered but I'm sure it would be fine at warmer times of the year.
