Minimum Rental: 7 Nights� �Lower �Duplex - This is one of three rental units on this fabulous property. � The Little Bay property is a one acre lush tropical setting in a gated compound located directly on Florida Bay. �The units are available for rent by the week or month. � Each unit sleeps up to 6 people - rent one or all for a family reunion. � �Protected dockage in the "little bay" will keep your 30' boat (or smaller) safe. � There's a "sunning" area with lounge chairs on the peninsula so you can capture all the Vitamin D your body needs. �Relax in one of the hammocks or enjoy quiet time under the pergola or a picnic under the tiki. � Enjoy easy access to the bay and property from this ground floor unit. �Gaze at the fabulous sunsets from your covered patio or out on the peninsula. �� � When it's time to retire to the indoors you'll love the interior of the Lower Duplex. �It offers 2 bedrooms/2 baths plus a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. �The kitchen has been updated including new appliances and granite counters. �The baths are up to date as are the furnishings. � A full size washer and dryer in the unit, central air, flat screen TV in the living room and WiFi round out the amenities that will guarantee a fabulous holiday.�

Rate Details: Rent is $3000/week, or $11000/month. Additional Charges: $225 departure cleaning fee ($325 departure cleaning fee for monthly stays); reservation fee 3.9% of base rent and 12.5% state and local taxes. For stays longer than two weeks there is an additional $200 cleaning fee for mid stay cleaning. Refundable Security Deposit: $500 with Accidental Damage Insurance or $1000 without. Pet Fees: Pets are accepted on a case by case basis. If your pet is accepted there is an additional non-refundable $150 pet fee plus a pet cleaning fee.

Accidental Damage: $45 covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay.

They are located a little over an hours' drive south, southwest of Miami, Florida. The Keys are known for their casual lifestyle, crystal clear waters, spectacular snorkeling and diving, and as the fishing capital of the world.
Our family vacation at Little Bay was very nice. The lower duplex is beautiful and very comfortable. The location is perfect. Close to just about everything (Whale Harbor, reefs, restaurants, etc.). The owners allowed us to bring our dog which is a big plus. It's going to be hard to stay anywhere else in the Keys after staying at Little Bay. Thanks to everyone at Keys Holiday Rentals! We'll be back!
