The week prices are valid with an allocation of 2 persons.
For each further person a rent of 135,00 EUR per week results at high season 189,00 EUR
Children up to the age 10 years are free of charge
Children from 11 until 14 years pay 67,50 EUR per week, at high season 94,50 EUR
All rental rates are inclusive 11% taxes,
House cleaning: 175.00 EUR incl. 11 % Tax (without grill cleaning)
Minimum rent is 7 nights, at Christmas/New Year and Eastern season 14 nights.
Last minute and further specially offers available.
House damage deposit: 500.00 EUR
Security Deposit increases by 100.00 EUR per additional week at rentals over 21 nights.
Additional costs:
Electricity: 13 US Cent plus 11 % Tax per KW/h according to consumption
Electricity allowance: $ 25.00 per week.
Phone: Fees according to consumption / Local calls are free of charge
Non-smoking Villa, smoking allowed only on the terrace
Pets not allowed
25% deposit within 10 days after receipt of lease agreement confirmation.
Final payment + security deposit 40 days before rental period.
