Spent a week at Carpe Diem in October. I fell in love with the island and this villa felt like home. The furnishings are so warm and inviting. Short drive to fabulous food but so serene and private. Gorgeous view of the sea and private pool make for total relaxation! Highly recommend. Can't wait to go back!
What a quiet, restful visit! It has a breathtaking setting with ocean-view of the blue water. Private with beautifully updated decor. Clean quarters and I felt very safe in this location. We enjoyed the evening swims in the private pool. Fun, delicious, local dining is not far from your stay. A trip of a lifetime... I would return “in a heartbeat!”

Really nice location on the far East End of STX. The condo was perfect for the 4 of us. Having lived here for 15 yrs., I was more than used to the drive to town(20 minutes max.), but the tranquility view, and breeze was worth the location. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool, the Master King was spacious, as well the other poolside queen. Maintenance was timely and very professional concerning the pool. Would definitely stay there again! This condo is spectacular. I ?STX!!!
Wonderful stay at the villa over Christmas with my daughter! Having our own spaces was a plus and this particular condo had everything (golf clubs, scuba fins, tennis accessories, you name it!). Hardest thing I ever did was walk out that door to go back to real life.
