This Villa provides space for up to 5 people.
The Twin beds in the second bedroom can be combined together to make a King bed on request.

Area: The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are the newest and only beachfront condominiums on Oahu in 25 years. Grounds contain 2 beautiful pools (one with kiddie section), koi pond, and beachfront resident-only bar. Guests to sign separate formal rental agreement. - No Pets - No Smoking - Strict 5 person maximum (including kids) - Beach Villas Resort Rules: Footwear, Cover-Ups, and/or Shirts are to be worn when going to and from the pool areas. No Glass bottles allowed near pool areas. Lap Pool is designated as "quiet pool". Infants & Toddlers are to wear swim diapers in pools. No Diving in Pools. No beach gear (inflatable items, balls, etc) in pools. *Provided beach items (boogie boards & chairs) can be used by guests at the beach only, and must replaced if broken. - Guest must follow all statewide rules for Covid-19 including mask wearing in all public spaces, even open-air areas within the resort. |

Excellent stay. Great location and away from crowds . amazing fitness center and great walking paths. Villa everything we needed and clean.
I highly recommend this unit. Nice sunset views, very clean and well-maintained unit, and the owner provides a detailed and helpful welcoming packet with lots of tourist information about the island. The kitchen is well-stocked and the bedding is very comfortable. The property manager is friendly, responsive, and welcoming.
We stayed for five weeks at Judy\'s place; it is really nice and comfortable. Inside the apartment it is spacious and kitchen has lots of things that you can make use of. Everything works from the bathroom to the laundry to the kitchen. There are lots of things to do; I do my morning walks along the lagoons/beaches in the morning; our kids swim in the lagoons and the lap pool in the late afternoons; and we watch sunsets most evenings after dinner. Melissa was very helpful throughout the reservation process and making recommendations to us for shopping, restaurants and even finding summer camp options (YMCA Waipahu). All in all, a perfect place for our family.
This villa was perfect for us. My parents, my husband, and I had an amazing vacation on Oahu at the Ko Olina Beach Villas. This particular villa is furnished beautifully with a gorgeous kitchen, top notch appliances, fantastic proximity to the beach, spas, restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again. The onsite staff were so helpful and kind, and the grounds are very well maintained. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a great value with an ocean and pool view, included parking, easy walk to the beach, and wonderful accommodations throughout the stay! Booking was easy, and the owner and her assistant were a pleasure to work with. The personal touch of having a greeter meet us in the lobby was very welcoming. Thank you for helping us have a memorable family vacation!
Ko Olina is a perfect location if you have young kids and you are subject to nap schedules, eating schedules, need calm water and nice beaches etc. The Villas are extremely well equipped with luxury appliances and they have a really good floor plan. In my opinion staying at the Ko Olina Villas provides you with a much better set up then any of the hotels/resorts around Ko Olina, unless what you are looking for is a hotel room and organized activities at the expense though of the convenience of having your own fully equipped place with separate bedrooms. There are restaurants within walking distance and stores a short drive away to buy everything you need for your stay. We drove all around the island as we do not like to stay in one place, and the drives to Waikiki, North Shore etc. are all about 30-40 minutes away. Piece of cake. Both the rental agent for the Villas we stayed at and the owner were extremely nice and it was a pleasure to do business with them. I would highly recommend it if you are looking for convenience, relax and a family vacation. If you are looking for a place to party all night, then go somewhere else.
This condo at Ko Olina Beach Villas was terrifc. Location and beach access were a+. We are a family of four (2 small children) and we felt this was a nice sized condo for us. Plenty of room, close walk the two pools, beach, and to Ko Olina\'s aBC grocery store, and lots of restaurants at the Resort. It\'s also an easy drive to North Shore- much better than driving from Waikiki. Great location for getting away from hectic Honolulu. We have been to every island, but this was one of our best trips due to the property location and condition. You get a nice value with this unit because it still has an ocean view but is priced lower then some with similar views. We would recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing location, and still easy distance to all the Oahu attractions.
